Hi,I use Outlook for Mac and there is just one person I email that always gets a 'plain text' message from me with a Winmail.dat file attached.I have read and followed all the advise I can but nothing seems to change this happening.One bit I read suggested I delete the contact completely from address books etc as, apparently, there is a setting you can use to say that particular person only gets plain text messages not HTML.All contacts deleted but when I type the name it still autofills but from the ' Directory', not contacts list. I cannot find anyway of clearing the 'directory', resetting it or anything.Exausted all found remedies but I can't be the only one with this problem.With respect please remember in replies that were are Mac based, a lot of technical stuff relates to PC users that we can't follow and is different.Any help gratefully received to get rid of the directory – and yes I have taken Outlook app off the Mac and reinstalled.
